How does LockLeed's fee structure work? +
LockLeed operates on a contingency model. An engagement fee activates your search and is applied toward our placement fee upon a successful hire. The remaining balance is due when your candidate accepts an offer. If we don't place someone, you don't pay the placement fee.
How long does the placement process take? +
Most clients receive their first qualified shortlist within 5–10 business days of completing the requirements brief. Full placement typically takes 30–45 days. For cleared roles, our pre-vetted pipeline usually accelerates this significantly.
